We guarantee your signet ring is made to the highest standard by our trade certified manufacturing jewellers and that every ring is ethically made in New Zealand. With proper care and maintenance, we guarantee your signet ring will last for many years to come.
Finding the perfect fit is essential when it comes to signet rings. You can use our finger size guide HERE for an estimate, however we always recommend having your finger size measured by a local jeweller for accuracy.
If your signet ring does not fit, we offer a. complimentary resizing service (postage within New Zealand only) within the first month of your purchase, excluding shipping costs.
1. Timeframe:
Resizing requests must be made within the first month from the date you received the ring.
2. Size Adjustment:
We offer resizing for ring sizes up or down by a maximum of two sizes from the original size purchased. Sizing outside of these parameters will incur a fee.
3. Procedure:
Contact us on studio@benjaminblack.co.nz. You will receive instructions on how to securely send the ring back for resizing.

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. To maintain your ring, we recommend removing it when handling abrasive surfaces/materials or when lifting weights and gardening. We also offer a professional cleaning service to help keep your ring in top condition.

1. Cleaning and Polishing:
We recommend regular cleaning and polishing with your signet ring polishing ring cloth to maintain the shine and brilliance of your signet ring. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasives.
2. Avoiding Damage:
To maintain your ring, we recommend removing it when handling abrasive surfaces/materials or when engaging in activities that may subject it to excessive pressure or risk of scratches.
3. Inspection & Polishing:
We offer complimentary inspections & polishing to ensure the condition of your signet ring (excluding shippin). Contact us on studio@benjaminblack.co.nz to arrange an inspection.
5. Repairs:
